Champagne is a world cultural heritage. This includes the vineyards, the maisons and winegrowers' houses, as well as their cellars, where the sparkling wine matures. Together with our partner Maison POMMERY, we present champagne with character. Individual aromas, special effervescence, and dosage send a message of the highest quality. Combined with a fine menu from the Bülow kitchen, you can enjoy the wonderful world of champagne at Caroussel Nouvelle this evening.

High in protein, rich in nutrients, low in cholesterol - and simply delicious: experience the tender side of venison, wild boar and co. We take you into the aromatic world of game dishes. We will combine what the forest and meadows have to offer in the fall season. The evening will once again be presented in a knowledgeable and entertaining manner by hunter Hartmut Stäps.
