Culinary Harvest Festival

These winemakers and “wine connoisseurs” will be showcasing their wines at the Harvest Festival:

• Wackerbarth Castle in Radebeul, near Dresden, is a Baroque estate and Europe’s first experiential winery featuring a modern production facility, as well as Germany’s second-oldest sparkling wine cellar.
• Martin Schwarz Winery, Saxony: The vineyards are located along the Saxon Wine Route in Radebeul, Meissen, Diesbar–Seußlitz, and Merbitz.
• Ardau Wine Shop / Wine & More, featuring a selection of wines from Friuli and Bordeaux
• Mach & Schühle Wine Shop, featuring a selection of rosé wines

 

We are pleased that the following guest chefs have accepted Head Chef Thorsten Bubolz’s invitation:

• Martin Walther – Restaurant Heiderand: He transformed his parents' country restaurant into a fine-dining restaurant and earned a Michelin star through his culinary skills.
• Konrad Lange: He cooks at a laid-back, trendy spot in Dresden's Neustadt neighborhood, where drinks and food coexist in a contemporary yet casual way.

 

"Krüger Rockt!" creates a nostalgic atmosphere. The four-piece rock 'n' roll band from Heidelberg is known for its high-energy live shows. They play classics from the 1950s (including songs by Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Chuck Berry) as well as boogie-woogie and rockabilly.
