The Bülow Palais is easily accessible by both car and public transportation. Tram lines 3, 4, and 7, which stop at “Neustädter Markt” or “Albertplatz,” are just a few minutes’ walk away, allowing you to easily explore the city and its surroundings. The Dresden Neustadt train station is approximately 800 meters away. With direct access to major thoroughfares, the hotel is also ideally located for car and taxi travel.

What about children?
Families with children are very welcome. They stay in their parents' room free of charge in an extra bed or baby crib until their 13th birthday. We also invite them to breakfast. If the children are still very small, we offer highchairs.
When can I check in?
We guarantee check-in starting at 3:00 p.m. We may allow early check-in by prior arrangement and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
Until when can I check out?
We ask that you check out by 12:00 p.m. Late check-out is available by prior arrangement and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
Where can I park?
Our hotel has its own underground parking garage. The parking fee is € 25 per day.
Can I charge my electric car at the hotel?
There are two parking spaces with electric charging facilities in the underground car park. The charging fee is €20 per charge. Thanks to a partnership, we charge Porsche vehicles free of charge.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Yes, your four-legged friends are welcome. We charge a pet fee of € 35 per pet/night due to special and more complex cleaning. The size of the animal does not matter.
Should I reserve a table at Caroussel Nouvelle before I arrive?
We recommend that our guests reserve a table when booking their room. The Caroussel Nouvelle is also popular with Dresdeners, so we cannot guarantee a table for spontaneous requests on site despite room reservations.
Is there room service?
Yes, we serve a small selection of dishes daily from 12 noon to 10.30 pm. Breakfast in the room is also possible from 6.30 am.
What is the accommodation tax?
The accommodation tax is levied by the city of Dresden, whereby we pass on the full amount of the tax collected to the city.
