Work out in the fitness room with state-of-the-art equipment and experience complimentary indoor cycling courses on the Peloton bike.

'Non-lodging guests' are always welcome at our SPA. However, we ask you to make an appointment in advance.

Tuesday to Saturday: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. and by arrangement

Winter season (Start: 1 October)

Saturday: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. and by arrangement


All treatments require prior reservation.


We accept cancellation of a booked treatment up to 24 hours in advance. After that, we will invoice you for the amount of the treatment.

PRICING AND MEMBERSHIPS

Prices for the Palais Spa

  • The use of the sauna and fitness area with the Peloton bike is free of charge for hotel guests.
  • Day guests pay € 35 including VAT (usage of the saunas and the fitness facilites including bathrobe, towel, slippers and water) or € 310 for a 10 times card.
  • In case of treatments of a value starting from € 74, the price of the day ticket will not be charged.


Our SPA memberships

  • Discount of 10 % for all applications.
  • 6 months: € 572 including 3 applications based on desire à 30 min
  • 12 months: € 1.050 including 3 applications based on desire à 50 min

  • What are the opening hours of the Palais SPA?

    Our sauna area is open daily from 4 pm to 9:30 pm. Spa treatments are available from Tuesday to Saturday.

  • Is there a fitness room?

    Yes, our fitness room is located on the 4th floor and is available daily from 7 am to 9:30 pm. Its use is free of charge for our hotel guests.

  • Can external guests use the sauna facilities?

    External guests are welcome. The day ticket costs € 35 and requires a phone reservation. Upon deposit, you will receive a SPA bag with a bathrobe, slippers, and towels.

  • Are children allowed in the spa?

    Under the supervision of an adult, children can use the spa area.

  • Is there a pool?

    No, we do not have a pool.

  • Are couple treatments offered?

    Synchronized couple treatments are currently not possible. However, we are happy to accommodate you consecutively.

  • Which products are used?

    For cosmetics we work with Reviderm products. Molton Brown is used for body treatments and massages.

    Reviderm: The development and production of all cosmeik products is carried out in collaboration with scientists and researchers, resulting in above-average skin compatibility.

    Molton Brown: Luxurious body care, is a timeless icon of British style true to the ethos of "individual first" with sensational fragrances
